Exact is the business software market leader in the Benelux. Perfect Web Team helped Exact with several challenges in the new website exact.com, like the implementation of Google AMP, Joomla custom fields, Google’s datalayers, structured data and more.
The challenge
By definition all questions by Exact are a nice challenge for us but for the new website we helped in particular with:
- How to best use the Joomla core
- How to best implement Joomla with caching and hosting
- How to best implement Joomla custom fields
- We build a custom plugin to automatically generate Google AMP menu-items/pages
- We build a custom plugin for the de blog functionality to show a blog article in multiple categories
- We made it easy to add Google’s datalayers and structured data
